Last night's performances were a bit drab for me. Two really stood out for me and those were Siobhan's and Crystal's. Where is Adam Lambert when you need him?? Let's discuss: (and I hate to admit this, but I'm not a big fan of the Stones, I don't know why I never got on that band wagon, I don't hate them, just don't know their hits as well as a true blooded American - or Brit- should)

Didi Benami: Just saying her name for some reason makes me smile,, say it with me now! ha. So she sang "Play with Fire" and I thought she performed better than she has in weeks. She was one of my favorites in the very beginning. She just seems like she's about to break though. Remember Brooke White? She was the same way, just an emotional wreck. I want more from her.
Casey James: First off, his hair is styled way better than it was a few weeks ago... ug,, what was up with the little girly blonde curls. He's a rocker man, not a cheap suzy dollar store doll! So he sang "It's all over now" and did a decent job. I felt he was very still, scared, and not really into the song. He smiles when he sings, which I like - a solid performance from him.

Katie Stevens: I used to like this little girl, but she is a balladeer, and that's it! This song, "Wild Horses" fit her just fine and it was probably her best performance thus far, but she's just a plain old regular girl next door with no star quality.

Tim Urban: Well that sure was a crazy arrangement Mr. Urban. The only reason he made it to Top 12 is this, and only this - crazy teenage girls think he's cute. Man oh man, let's hope he's gone soon or, let's hope he MAJORLY steps it up. "Under My Thumb" should have been "Under my foot"! Siobhan Magnus: Finally!! Someone with some drama, performance, and guts! She took the song "Paint it Black" and really went out there to win it tonight. She was not sheepish at all and really just is herself people! I was waiting all night for a performance with a little umph, and she gave it to me. Most fun to watch of the night. And, I like that she's weird!

Lee Dewyze: Here's another name I like to say for some reason... So hey, I really like his voice, it's a total radio voice, but as Simon said - he is lacking in the personality department. America likes to become attached and connected to their idols, right? So he needs to really work on that. He sang "Beast of Burden" and I thought he did a really good job. I like him, just want him to smile a bit more, joke around, etc.

Paige Miles: Finally that big old voice is back! She does have a great vocal prowess and I think her eyes are pretty. I can't wait to hear her sing a different theme in the upcoming weeks! She sang "Honky Tonk Woman" which was a weird song. I've never even heard it before. Hey, laryngitis, go away!
Aaron Kelly: The judges gushed over this pre-pubescent kid and I just did not get it. His version of "Angie" was so boring!! I don't know what else to say, so I won't!
Crystal Bowersox: I always look forward to her performances, so that must mean she is one of my favorites! She sang "Can't always Get What You Want" and did a good job interpreting the lyrics and meaning of the song. She is going to make it far in this season!
So, here are my rankings of last night's performances.
- Siobhan Magnus
- Crystal Bowersox
- Didi Benami
- Casey James
- Paige Miles
- Lee Dewyze
- Mike Lynche
- Andrew Garcia
- Katie Stevens
- Aaron Kelly
- Lacey Brown
- Tim Urban

I am a huge Andrew fan! Love Big Mike, Didi and Lee! I think I have listened to his Beast of Burden rendition 10 times today!
OK, so now that I read this I see you are big Siobhan fan. Like I said on Facebook, I.CAN'T.STAND.HER! I didn't even like her before the top 24 she's more annoying to me than quirky. I honestly think she is trying too hard to be quirky. :) But hey, if you like her more power to you. I will not be voting for her at all.
I do have to agree with you though on Lilly and Katie. Lilly was my favorite from the beginning. I was so mad last week when she got sent home. She has true talent and should have stayed in the competition. Such is life I guess.
here are my predictions for top 6: (in no particular order)
Mike Lynche
Casey James
Sibhan Magnus
Lee Dewyze
Crystal Bowersox
and i am not gonna lie, i think Aaron Kelly could make it in here too. i DO NOT like Paige Miles, she drives me crazy and i CANNOT wait for Katie Stevens and Andrew Garcia to get the boot. Tim Urban, i know he isn't the best but he is SO darn adorable. anyways, i am REALLY liking the guys this season. of the girls, Crystal and Sibhan are my faves!
